The Capitol Restaurant is located in the heart of Tallinn.
We are situated in the Rotermann Quarter, behind Coca Cola Plaza, at Roseni 9. You can find us on the ground floor of the Metropol Spa Hotel.
There are paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. We recommend following the signs and familiarizing yourself with the parking conditions.
